So I made this today:
And had a TON of leftover shells and cheese filling. We wont be eating them in the next couple of days (too much cheese consumption lol) and I was wondering if I could just fill the extra shells with the leftover cheese and freeze them for a quick dinner option at some other time. I dont usually freeze food so I’m kind of stumped. Thanks!

I would freeze it with the sauce so they do not dry out!

I just froze some last week. I put some sauce on the bottom and on top in the container. When you take them out to thaw put them in the fridge over night. You will need to add more sauce when you are going to eat them (either before you warm it up or after with warmed sauce) the noodles will soak up all the original.
