The Bouquet is gorgeous, I am doing something similar. My only advice would be yes to the flowers, but maybe not those specific ones. The flowers need to flow with the brooches so they need to look just as elegant. Heres mine if it help at all, I made this one with flowers and brooches from michael’s crafts store and walmart!

@imanw: lose the leaves and the big white flower on top. If you still want to include a floral element, then find one that’s on the same scale as the brooches. Perhaps a rose or another more compact bloom that doesn’t overwhelm and cover the brooches.

I can’t put my finger on it but something is throwing my off a bit….I think maybe its the really large white flower in the front….that is all I can focus on when I look at it. Maybe try replacing that one with a little smaller flower?

I like the idea of the flower, but that particular one does not do your bouquet justice. Perhaps experiment some more!
