Stuart Weitzman uses Swarovski crystals so those embellishments may already be Swarovski. I don’t htink you need to add anything, they are pretty as is.

I think you should leave the heel un-blinged, but bling out the platform!

I’m the only one who voted to bling it out :). If you want a tamer version, you could do like 7SEVENJ9 said and just bling out the platform, or just do it on the heel :).

i would just do the platform – have you priced it out? it can definitely get expensive!

I think they are great as is but I want some bling on my feet so I understand wanting to embellish them more. I would just do the platform, and maybe a single row up the back of the heel if you can get them straight enough. I really like the way these shoes look.

I’d leave them as is. I only like the crystals on shoes that have more covering your foot (like pumps or peep toes).

I would be careful. I have a friend who did this at her wedding and we didn’t think about how it would work with her dress. Her dress was lace and had tool underneath help add volume. All night her dress kept getting caught to her shoes. The lace got stuck around the crystals and some of the prongs that held on larger crystals were catching on the tool. It was not fun for her at all. I think she ended up changing shoes with her mom. It worked out but just something to think about. It would be really horrible to spend all that time getting that sparkly and wonderful just to have them being annoying on wedding day.

These were my bling-y wedding shoes – so I totally say rock the bling on the platform… or you could even do a single line along the seam of the platform to avoid overdoing it!

Beautiful shoes as they are.  I wouldn’t do a thing to them.  🙂
