SophBee:  I don’t have any photos of it outside but here’s one in sunlight on the kitchen table and a close-up of the facets. Both are representative.

doberman:  That is a great shot of your diamond’s facet pattern! My ring is like the little sister to yours! Our settings are similar..both hold old cuts with the yellow gold double claws! LOVE it!

GemmaBella:  I adore your setting. It’s amazing how similar antique OECs and OMCs can be. They’re both said to sparkle best in candlelight.

doberman:  I agree they are so amazing in low light! It’s hard not to fall in love with old cuts after you wear one! I love all diamond shapes, but the OMCs and OECs are so romantic! I’m always pondering my stone’s history and wish I could go back in time and see it being cut. 🙂

This is my J! It is GIA, which is the strictest on color.  I actually had it appraised without giving them stats and they thought it was a G but I think that has to do with the clarity (vvs1) which makes color less noticeable. I may be wrong but I don’t think it looks like a J.  The rose gold also makes it look whiter.  Good tip for people with warmer diamonds, rose and yellow gold absorb some of the warmth and make them appear whiter.

My 1.09, M color OEC solitare in her YG vintage reproduction setting … I love the colors she picks up in different lighting, but then sometimes she looks soooo white <3.

I love, love, love these warm stones.  All of your rings are so pretty, gals  !!
