I had ours made by a seller on Etsy. She modeled it after our 2 dogs, that we can’t have at the wedding. Had to incorporate them somehow as they are my babies.

We didn’t actually have a wedding cake, we had blackberry cobbler and gateau basque (a traditional dessert from my family’s haritage), but I still wanted a topper! I found it at Willow Tree.

This is our cake topper… we also had the designer make a basset hound statue so our puppy-child is represented at the wedding. 🙂 (The picture is a stock photo from the maker not our actual wedding cake.) We wanted a cake topper that represented our likes and something that was non-traditional.
