Ours were quite simple… a little different at each table.

@DeaconBride: I’m doing a peacock theme too!!! I’d love to see what you finally come up with.

This is my tall centerpiece for now. I plan to add beads in the vase and dark purple rose petals around it. Sorry for the blurry cellphone pic.

Yes, mine were made out of coffee filters and food coloring/tea as a dye. All milkglass was bought at Goodwill for 2.00 and under a vase. The pic does’nt do them justice as they are far more impressive in person. Each centerpiece is costing about $6.00 per a table with two milk glass vases.

I ordered the same lanterns as Mrs. Library, and I’ll be using them in the aisles at the ceremony and then as centerpieces at the reception surrounded by small votive candles.

@Nola: Ooh, I love that!  Are you going to use silk flowers, or real?

We had some tables with urns of flowers and some with a low box with flowers and  candles.

We’re having 2 different centerpieces that will be on every other table…

Floral:

Non-Floral:

We’re also going to have a mini candy buffet on the kids table since they won’t give a crap about about a fancy centerpiece:

*I’m too lazy to shrink the pictures so don’t mind how enormous they are.

Here was ours, so happy with how they turned out! I was going for “understated rustic tropical” and I think we got it!
