I did all my own flowers (though I used real, not silk). This was my bridal bouquet. For centerpieces I just got green glass bottles and put a single flower and some baby’s breath in each – super easy and it looked nice.

Bouquets aren’t hard! Use your instinct, basically. Make sure it is visually balances (not too much/too large one any particular side) and mix the flowers evenly, and you should be set.

I did my own with silk flowers. I love how they turned out.

My sister and I did all my flowers with real flowers. The one with pink is mine and the more white ones are the bridesmaids. Absolutely loved them!! And it wasn’t hard or expensive!

I DIY’d the bouquets and centrepieces. The roses are made from painted coffee filters and the rest of the flowers are silk. I plan to put my bouquet in a glass box to display in our home. My BM’s took their bouquets home to keep as well.

Because I didn’t go with real flowers, my bouquet also made an appearance in our engagement pictures and our wedding invite πŸ™‚

Here’s mine. I did end up trimming some of the eucalyptus. This was before I bound it.

We bought local wildflowers and did them ourselves the day before the wedding.

carnationsunshine :  I made paper flowers using Lia Griffith’s Rustic Bridal Bouquet. I added in some roses, also her design.
