Don’t have a nursery to show yet (we’re working on clearing it out, as we’ve been using it as an office), but here’s my inspiration pin-board πŸ™‚

We’re going with a subtle woodland creatures theme, so neutral colors (gray, brown, green, yellow, orange) and artwork with woodland animals (deer, foxes, rabbits, porcupines, etc.).  I’ve also pinned a lot of stuff in other color palettes I like for gender-neutral nurseries.

Also, I think we’re getting this crib:

And we’re getting a Tarva dresser from Ikea (unfinished), and staining/painting it like this:

Here’s my little guy’s nursery.  These pics are from before he was born…there’s a couple things up on the wall now (he’s 4 months).

I’m way too far away from having a little one to have any business on this thread, I’m just here to say I LOVE these nurseries, ladies! πŸ™‚

SadieBee:  You’ll have to post pics as your nursery comes together!  I love the idea for finishing the dresser.

BOGB:  Looks great!  Where did you get your glider?

Lyndzo:  Cute!!

This is my daughters room. We are going to replace the tox box ottoman with a stepped storage unit from IKEA. We moved to this house in June and her nursery in our previous house was green and blue with hedgehogs and owls (we were team green) with brown furniture but I would love to change her brown furniture for white now to match the rest of the room.

Its from Mamas and Papas but its available lots of places online such as Amazon. Her room was designed around the colours and patterns of her rocking horse.

oh and the one she has is called Blossom. They have so many cute designs though

SaltedCaramel:  Glider is from Buy Buy Baby. It was definitely a splurge but I’ve spent nights sleeping in it so I’m glad we have it.

FromA2B2013:  allyfally:  Thanks – the books was totally a pinterest idea but I love it!

ChocolateLime:  We have bunting above our crib too!  I love it!
