Can I see your ring(s) with your SO's ring(s)? :)

Ours don’t match at all, but I love them! I went for Morganite and rose gold and we got him a nice turquoise ring when we were in Hawaii as he lived there for several years when younger. I did get him a rose gold watch so that kind of “matched”. Neither of us really wear ours now except for on special occasions.

Both of us are getting plain rose gold bands but it wasn’t intentional. He went to try on rings and didn’t like any he thought he would so we switched to looking for my wedding band for a bit. When the jeweller bought out the tray of rose gold bands he liked mine so much he tried on one in his size and was pleasantly suprised. Previously he though rose gold was too feminine, but it took the edge off compared to yellow gold and suited hime well.

I don’t have any pretty, profressional shots, but here is one with our dog.

My set is platinum and his is tungsten. I tried to buy him a nice platinum ring but he didn’t want anything fancy. Almost 11 years later and they’re all holding up well!

We wanted our wedding rings to be exactly the same!

I wear different bands with my engagement ring because I just like to switch things up sometimes, but we had matching wedding bands made from a shop on Etsy. They are yellow gold with white gold in the middle.

Ours do not match at all. I picked my rings, he picked his. That way, we got what we liked and what suited our individual personalities and styles. Mine are 18k palladium white gold and moissanite, and his is a $20 tungsten carbide ring from Amazon. I tried to get him a more expensive ring but he liked this one and it worked out well that it was affordable because he’s only worn it a handful of times since we got married in March.

(Yes, I got married in a turquoise dress. When I was a kid, I told everyone I’d wear electric blue to my wedding. I kept my word.)

My husband and I both have white gold rings, but they don’t specifically match each other.

Ours don’t match. Both of my rings are antique heirlooms. For his ring I just asked him to pick out one he really liked.

Our rings do not match but our styles are COMPLETELY different.  I would have preferred iur rings match but I wanted him to be happy.  I had to have a yellow gold wedding set and he loves black so he picked out a black tungsten ring with a rose gold inlay.

@whiteswan:  I love these! I feel like it’s hard to find styles that look good on both men and women without being really plain, but you have done it! Do you mind sharing where you got them please?
