Here’s mine.  It wasn’t what I was originally looking for, but I really like that it is engraved.  It turned out perfectly…

EDIT: I’m having major trouble uploading photos tonight!  I’ll try again tomorrow.

The bottle is just an empty bottle I used to get the picture. but this is it! I do not have a lock for it-but Im sure we can manage without it! 🙂

what about checking out some thrift or consignment stores for something simple/vintage (read:cheap-lol) to see if there is anything there that will fit your taste?

eta: just had a thought, depending on what you have in mind, what about making your own out of old crates or pallets? Pallets(2×4 construction) would be super heavy though. Only problem with this idea is that if you go with a thin wood (less than 2″ thick) the wood could crack when nailed if not pre-drilled.

also — I think there were a few threads in the archivesabout the wine box ceremony — I think Mrs. DG did one so that might be worth checking out!
