Commenting to follow.. I bought a pair of peep toe shoes from etsy, but they are tight. I’ve been wearing them around the house with a pair of socks, and that’s been helping, but I think I need to get them stretched if I can.

I’ve heard of someone filling a ziploc bag with water, putting the bag into the shoe, and putting the whole thing in the freezer.  The water expands as it freezes and stretches out the shoe.  I’ve never done it, but it could be worth a shot.

You can totally stretch it! Any shoe repair shop will be able to do this easily. I have even had this done at Nordstroms when they sold me a pair of shoes that was a bit too tight for one of my feet as well. Not a tough process at all!

Yes!!!! Put on the sock. as fluffy and thick  as you can get them, put the shoes over them. Blast them with the hot setting on the hairdryer, wiggle your toes as you’re doing this. After about a nute, stop, let them cool (while still wearing them) repeat as necessary 😉

Please correct me if I’m wrong, but can’t you really only stretch leather shoes?

It never worked for me.  I love the look of peep toe shoes, but find them to be so uncomfortable.

I use damp newspaper – pack it in as tight as you possibly can, leave it overnight, change the newspaper and repeat until they are the right size
