I know, weird question. Husband and I are doing a vow renewal in February. It’s all very exciting since we did *nothing* for our wedding (cancelled due to daughter’s surgery, married in jeans at a courthouse). However, I’m 30 weeks pregnant and realizing that by the time I can actually put a dress on (corsets and whatnot sound not much fun for a few weeks post-csection), it’ll be September, which means I’d be very limited on what I could order.
My question is, would I be able to do anything now. I haven’t gained weight this pregnancy, though I obviously have somewhat of a “bump” now. I just don’t know if I could work around it in a way that I could get a good enough idea of what a dress would look like.

Do you know what style of dress you look good in, like do you have some formal dresses you just love? Like A line or trumpet? If you know what kind of body shape you want then you can match it too what you want your wedding/venue to feel like, stylish and sleak, soft and romantic etc.
Once you can pick out some of the dresses you are considering you can then go to the bridal shops and have them show you the dresses. You might not be able to get into them but you will be able to feel the quality of the fabric and see what they look like. Do you have a close friend who could be your model? That might help too.

I actually shopped for dresses for my wedding we cancelled and never found anything I loved. I tried on various silhouettes though, so I’m not sure what I did wrong.
I don’t have a friend to model them though. I’m not sure if I could get into them or not, to be honest. I can wear most of my pre-pregnancy clothes, but not everything.
