do you need to wear a necklace with your dress?  Do you have a pair of nice earrings instead that you could wear and maybe leave your neckline bare?

I don’t think you have to wear jewlery at all but I personally wouldn’t wear something that I could wear every day to anywhere. Could you borrow something and have it be your something borrowed?

Personallly I wouldn’t.  I don’t think it would go very well with a wedding dress.

I agree with the other posts.. I would either get something new or borrow something, or go without a necklace. I don’t plan on wearing any of my everyday jewelry (except my e-ring of course!) because I want everything to be stuff people haven’t seen before. Places like Plato’s Closet and other second hand / consignment stores usually have jewelery for cheap! It may be worth looking? GL!

@berkie: <— has a great idea to go to Forever 21 and H&M, they have really nice looking jewelry that isn’t expensive. You can check out Overstock.com if you want to get something good quality for cheap, I got my BM’s real pearl earrings for $10 each. You want to feel amazing on your big deal, even if you aren’t a big jewelry person and you’re wearing something that cost $10, you’ll feel so much more beautiful if you love what you’re wearing instead of something you wear sometimes already and like. Goodluck and let me know if you want help looking for some things! Here are some good quality pieces of jewelry for under $20, I THINK they go with your style (based on the necklace you showed)–

Personally i would not wear that,  not that i dont like it,  but its a little bit too casual for a wedding dress.

I totally agree with anne B. Its fine, just not for a wedding. I’m sorry but I wouldn’t wear it either, its a bit too casual.

I think you can find something really pretty for a reasonable price though. Do you have a budget in mind? If you do we can all look around and find some suggestions for you. Also, whats your dress like? That might give us a better idea Laughing

I agree with your friend that it is a bit to casual; however, if you took the pendant off of the chain and used a ribbon, instead of the chain, I think it would work.

@noritake22: i was going to suggest this too – switching to a more delicate chain or a sheer ribbon would be nice, or you can add it to your bouquet or garter if you want to have it be a part of your wedding day look!

i think you have to look at the style of your dress , you might want something sparkley, or something plain, pearls or even a diamante choker,  it all depends on the dress i think.
