tooclose:  It’s a really pretty dress, but it also looks fairly short…

Way too short, unless the model in the photo is exceptionally tall. And look what happens to that short skirt, in a breeze?

Too short, I would say.

Never mind about how low cut it is (and it is) it is way too short for an occasion like this.  Inappropriate.

If you’re really short it is fine. But otherwise, I agree, the dress is not long enough – 32″ (83cm) for size S. I’m 5’7″ and prefer at least 37″ dress length for a classy event (and also casual wear…)

I don’t think it’s too short.

I do think the neckline isn’t something I’d wear to a wedding. Maybe if you wore something under/over it.

tooclose:  If you’re short, I think it’s fine. I’m only about 5″2 and I can wear pretty much any dress and it’s fine, my cousin puts on the same dress and I can practically see her whole butt, as she is much taller than I am.

If you’re any taller than like 5’4 I’d say it’s probably going to be way too short.

It is very short. It looks like a tennis dress.

As for how short it is, it depends on the wedding. If it’s a more casual affair, then I think it’s ok if the dress actually looks good on you this short. I have a big butt, so I can’t wear super short dresses unless they are tight and quality enough not to ride up. A dress like that would look inappropriate on me for anything other than the beach, but you might be different. Still, if it was me, I wouldn’t wear that dress because it’s too white. I know there are some conflicting views about white and weddings, but I don’t like how the front has so much pure white. I would feel uncomfortable. On the other hand, I wouldn’t mind at all if someone wore that to my wedding. I actually don’t care if people wear white at all though, so I think I’m in the minority.

I honestly always steer away from white, even if id just a bit. I’ve seen bride wear floral wedding dresses, so steering clear of white at all cost puts you on the safe side in my opinion.

Id say if you are very short, it might work, but I’d try to find a similar print in a more modest dress. Showing less is more sometimes.
