@joya_aspera: It looks like polyester georgette to me (look at how sheer the hem is). I think it’s fine fabric-wise.

It say’s it’s a silk-blend dupioni. Then it says polyester. Not jersey stretch

@dancingfox: Yeah, it doesn’t drape or look like jersey at all. It’s probably a silk-blend dress with polyester lining.
My biggest issue with it is that it looks like a bridesmaid’s dress, instead of one I’d wear to a black tie event.

@dancingfox: If I’m sticking to Western clothing, I typically wear gowns like these to late afternoon/evening black tie affairs (the Outnet is one of my favourite go-to shops):
If I wore the gown you posted, I’d wear gold & pink jewelry, a sparkly/textured minaudiere and killer strappy heels:
