    @NoaMarijn:  I think it’s fine. It’s patterned enough that I wouldn’t classify it as a white dress

    I love it! I’d wear it without the bolero though, maybe you could find a red bolero?

    I think it would be fine.  I’d try to hold off on the bolero untabout gets cold though if you can avoid wearing it for any formal pics you might be in.

    It’s clearly not a white dress. The vast majority of the dress is red and that’s how it reads.

    This is a good looking dress! And not white!

    I say that the dress is fine, but no to the bolero.

    Oops!  I voted yes b/c the question was “can I wear this to the wedding?”  Not sure if the yes or no was for that or “will this offend this bride” which I would have voted No.  Either way, if you don’t show up in what could be perceived as a wedding gown, I think you’re good.

    Sorry I made a mistake on the voting, I put yes, but I meant to click on no. I think that dress is perfectly fine because of the pattern, and the bolero looks fine as well, but like the rest of the bees think you should leave it off but still can take with you for if you get cold. All together, very nice combination!

    Oops, I misunderstood the question and voted yes. What I meant was that you can wear it to the wedding. However, I would choose not to wear the white bolero.

    I agree with PPs about the bolero, otherwise I think the dress is lovely and not too white 🙂
