Ive been trying to keep maintain my weight, or should I say- I dont want to lose ANY weight at all. Im actually trying to gain weight on my lower half. i know that building muscles is the way to go, and I do some weights frmo time to time. Im very active doing yoga and pilates- buttttttt– we all know to gain weight, you need to consume more calories- Is there anyway I can wear a corset while I eat for a while, Or even like tie my stomach with a tummy wrap – so I wont gain any weight on my belly?
I have a little tummy, but I dont mind it, but I dnt wnt it to get bigger.
Also if I do side crunches, would it be able to give me that nice curvy upperbody look? i already have one, bt I want it to be more emphasized,
