(Closed) Can I wrap my belly while I eat to avoid belly fat?

From what I know, those wraps do nothing.

You generally can’t spot reduce, but there are some exceptions. Stress hormones do trigger storage of fat in the belly. So, reducing stress MAY lower belly fat accumulation. Also, running and presumably other aerobic exercise seems to target the belly area more.

 

But the basic answer is to eat right and exercise.
