@nikix:  You mean you dislike the milgrain? I can’t see an engagement ring with milgrain and a wedding band without milgrain working together, unless the band is completely plain. I guess a shared-setting band would work too.

I think any other band with diamonds (channel-set, pavé, etc.) would look too mismatched.

@nikix:  The pavé that Tiffany makes is the Novo style, I think. The bead-set band might be a better match:

@nikix:  I would jump at the matching pave band. I agree that others would be super difficult to match your ring! My e-ring didn’t have a matching band, and we had to spend quite some time to find something close!

@nikix:  Shoot, I need to get a better photo taken of my rings! The ones from our wedding are all with just my e-ring! Haha, here’s a terrible one taken while on a boat on our honeymoon:

It’s this platinum ring:

With this platinum/pave band:

I hear you. I wanted something very different than my ering for my band. But honestly, after I went to go try on bands, the more similar it looked like to the band on the ering, the better it looked to me. If you haven’t yet, I would go and try on bands with the ering and see what you like.

@nikix:  just a random thought, but have you tried going elsewhere then or you set on a getting a tiffanys? If you really don’t like the set (as it sounds like you don’t), perhaps a different place that has a different selection might jolt you into finding something else you like?
