That dress is totally vintage hollywood glamour and will absolutely be right for the theme.

I can see where you are coming from… but if you are creative, you can make anything work.

It’s lovely. I’d add some vintage-y accessories, ie a bird cage veil.

It absolutely can work. As a pp has said, consider a fascinator, or bird cage veil.

The theme can revolve around the bride.

I think your men will also look  great in the garb they have planned.

I agree that it’ll work well.  Something about the style of the skirt creates a vintage vibe.  Plus (assuming it’s you in the picture), it looks great on you 🙂

@Elleymae:  When you say vintage I think of this:

Is it daytime or evening?   Formal or casual?

@julies1949: I think of this picture, but when I am looking at some other old photos, yoiur suit is vinagey also.

I was thinking this:

but now that I am looking at some of the older suits.  I can totally see the brown one.  I had to see some of the old pics to picture it in my head.

WOW, yes, vingage for sure!  in order to solidify the that you are going for a vintage theme, be sure your hair, makeup, jewelry, etc really reflect the era you are trying to emulate.

it is very glamorous, like marilyn monroe!

Its a beautiful dress, If you want to add a vintage feel to it, think accessories! some sort of vintage head piece, veil, jewelry, etc..
