    I go to a Pilates/Yoga/Barre studio, rather than a gym, but I go 5 days a week.

    Never. I hate the gym. Besides, I have a stationary bike at home. It’s still in the box, but…

    I voted I hate the gym, because I do! But I workout at home usually 4ish days a week.

    @Westwood:  Same here. I tried going to the gym for a bit, but I was too self conscious and stopped going. I much prefer working out at home.

    We don’t have a gym membership, but we have a gym-level elliptical and Bowflex dumbbells at home.  We’ve been lagging lately, but I used to work out 4-5 days a week.  Hoping to start Jamie Eason’s LiveFit Trainer program in a couple weeks!

    @Kandiss16:  when you say how often do you go to the gym, do you mean physically go to the gym to exercise or how many days do you exercise?

    i exercise 4-6 times per week.  in the winter, i am at the gym more often.  in the warmer months, i am biking, running, trail running, etc outside. i might only go to the gym 1x or less per week.  i’d rather be outside.

    although, many times, i use the locker room at the gym to change and then run outside.

    When I was going regularly it was 3-4 times a week. I have tendancy to fall off. I need to stick with it damnit.

    @prisigtr:  I’ve been dragging my feet on doing Jamie’s workout for months. I have the printouts and everything but I think I’m being a chicken about it. whats wrong wiith me 🙁

    I’ve been to the gym 5 times in my entire life. Most of those times I was only there for about 10 minutes.

    Waterfit classes at least three days a week.  Ideally I’d like to go four days a week, but so far it doesn’t happen.  In the fall I’ll be heading to the dojo once a week for Aikido class.

    @Kandiss16:  P90x & our empty-we-don’t-know-what-to-do with extra room are my friends. 

    That, and FH getting all competitive with me makes me go: “Oh yeah??? Well I can do…30 pushups! Take THAT!” *faceplants on the floor after 5*. 

    Anyway. 

    Dancing has always been my favorite kind of workout, and the most effective too – but unfortunately I cannot get FH to follow Dance with Julianne to save my life. So we settled on P90x.

    And now I can barely stand up/sit down because 239784620 lunges & squats will do that to you.
