I am planning to DIY my flowers because FI’s grandma regularly creates flower arrangements, etc. I have always wanted an all-rose bouquet. I was thinking of using smaller version of my bouquet for my bridesmaids, even smaller versions for mothers/grandmothers. I wanted the boutonnieres to be white roses also. My question is, is it going to look weird for all of our flowers to be white roses? Our wedding colors are tiffany blue and white.

laurenrenee33: Yes you can use just one type of flower. You can add the tiffany blue in the wrap for the bouquets if you like.

julies1949: I was thinking I’d do that at least for mine to add some color so it wasn’t all white against white. Thanks!

Why not? Especially roses?! Those are beautiful flowers on their own and can hold their own. White roses would be beautiful!!

Definitely! I used all garden roses for my wedding in different shades of pink and it was beautiful.

We are doing all roses as well, except they will be white, pale pink and lavender. I think roses are so lovely and classic, so I’m sure yours will be beautiful!

Here’s the short answer: You’re the bride, you can do anything you’d like!
If you want to incorporate Tiffany Blue, the closest thing would be blue hydrangeas. Flower Moxie sells flowers to DIY brides and it’s less expensive than most online florals. Plus we sell by the bunch, instead of by the box…..so if you just want a few hydrangeas, no problem!
