Depending on the style of your dress, yes, an internal corset can be added. You will just need to find a really good seamstress to add it for you. Be careful when you go in for your fittings. If you are going to be wearing a corset or some type of shapewear, make sure you are wearing it when you go to your fittings. A corset will pull in your waist, but it will also make you wider above the waist, so if you don’t wear it for your fitting and then you go to put your gown on with a corset, you may not be able to get the zipper up.
