MemberI am thinking about ordering Bill Levkoff bm dresses and a couple of my maids are a bit busty. I really like about 5 or six of the strapless dresses but one of the girls has expressed concerns about the lack of straps for the reception. Have any of you ladies ordered Bill Levkoff dresses and added straps?
MemberI’m not sure, but my ladies wore Bill Levkoff dresses for my wedding and many of them (including the bustier ones) opted for strapless dresses and did not have any issues with the lack of straps. These dresses are great quality, so as long as they fit well, I think they’d be fine.
MemberI’m not sure about Bill Levkoff… My girls did it for their Alfred Angelo dresses. We were able to order a yard of material from the designer in the right color/fabric. My understanding is that is pretty typical… So, I would look into that 🙂
Here’s what my BM’s dresses looked like (strapless with straps added by a seamstress) – I guess you can’t see it well on the BM’s, but they were the same as my Maid/Matron of Honor

MemberMy bridesmaids are wearing a strapless bill Levkoff dress and they actually came with straps that could easily be added. I would recommend checking out samples of the dresses you like at a store and see if they come with straps too.

MemberMy mom actually ordered a Bill Levkoff dress to wear to my wedding and she ordered extra chiffon for our seamstress to add thicker straps. I think it will look great-good luck!
