sushiroll84 :  generally you don’t feel signs on pregnancy until implantation (which occurs 6-12 days after ovulation) and the beta-hCG level starts rising. Within a day of me having a BFP  I started feeling pelvic pressure, mild nausea in the morning, mild breast enlargement and it’s actually started up my IBS again much to my dismay :S

sushiroll84 :  I think some people do experience this, but keep in mind that you won’t actually test positive until 10 days past ovulation at the earliest.  That being said, the month we did get our BFP, I had NO symptoms whatsoever in fact I was so convinced we weren’t pregnant I didn’t test (had what I thought was a period) and didn’t test for my BFP until 10 days later.

I “feel” pregnant right away because I get 24/7 nausea pretty much since implantation, before I get a BFP

While I wasnt pregnant I felt pregnant many times. And while I am pregnant, I felt like I wasn’t pregnant many, many times, especially in the first and second trimesters.

In the meantime, I would recommend reading “Taking charge of your fertility”. I believe you’ll find it very helpful and informative.

In my experience, no for the most part, but when you want something bad enough the mind is very powerful.  2 pregnancies and I was not expecting it either time (so not symptom spotting) and I never felt pregnant at all until 6-8weeks+ when I actually developed morning sickness and fatigue.  The ONLY thing I ever noticed was cramping (which are the same as menstrual cramps- thought my period was coming both times) and lots of watery cervical fluid- but at that point I would have probably gotten a BFP that day or very shortly thereafter.
