Not to be a Debbie Downer but I don’t think a mermaid shape is very appropriate for a child to wear. 

ETA: But if thats the route you want to take, maybe you can find an Etsy seller to make it.

You will probably search a long time for a mermaid gown for a child. It’s really not the most flattering thing on them. It’s more of a woman’s gown. You will probably have to have a seamstress do it.

I kinda agree with @CaitMarae: Mermaid gowns arent very age appropriate for a lil one

I have to say I agree with the other ladies,  a Mermaid gown is not really going to work.  You have to remember you have to have hips that shape and children don’t have hips.
