Yup, another registry question! Sorry, if I’m starting to get annoying with this!
But if you had a few minutes to kill can you peek at my registry?
It’s not done yet but roughly it’s there. I currently have the Amazon private but I’m hoping if you have the link you can see it. Let me know if you can’t.
Can you think of anything big or essential (in your opinion) that I’m missing?
A few notes: no diaper pails, I have a few infant car seats on there bc I can’t decide on a color, same for glider, undecided on playpens right now bc we have nowhere else to bring bb where she will be for a long time to make a playpen necessary.
I also haven’t decided on mattress yet so there’s two on there.
I only put one set of pjs, washcloths etc so that if ppl do want to buy us those kinds of things I wnat it to be obvs I’d prefer no pink!
Is there anything wrong with registering for dual items in both registires? I’m afraid ppl that might lean towards online won’t get us one thing and vice versa. I’m OK with having to deal with returning. Only for the smaller items like bouncer, etc.
And oh we have a crib picked out already but grandma/pa are buying that so not necessary to put on the registry. They are also picking up all the nursery furniture (crazy!) but I’m not 100% set on those yet so I’m putting them on there as place holders.
Thanks a bunch!

Can’t access the Amazon one, but so far on the Target registry, you don’t have enough bottles, bibs, diapers or crib sheets listed. Back to look at more..
You really need more of everything, but you might have some of the same on the other registry.

I’m going to temporarily make my Amazon one public then. Thanks!

You need soft terry drool bibs. I would not register for the costume as my one daughter was wearing a 12month by four months and the other was wearing a 0-3 by four months. I worry that it would not fit. Also I see no receiving blankets or onesies on there. How about a mobile or projector thingy? Some more teething type toys, vinyl books etc. Depending on where you live baby sunscreen, car shades, baby mirror http://www.target.com/p/Fisher-Price-Precious-Planet-Deluxe-Auto-Mirror/-/A-11189187. A car bottle warmer is always nice too.

No pak’nplay (no beach time or visiting anywhere?) or swing or high chair or booster seat, snuggli or backpak, no humidifier, baby lamp, diaper bag…there’s lots of things I see missing, unless you want to buy them for yourself or are having a small shower.
You need a million sleepers, socks/booties, blankets,toys/teethers….

Do you think it would be necessary to register for bibs and onesies? I really want to limit the amount of clothing I put on there because I figure most ppl love buying clothes anyway and would automatically purchase those?
Good point on the costume. 🙁 That makes me sad!! I really like that!
Still looking at recieving blankets and thin/fleece blankets in general.
I do have a sunscreen on the Target one.
I’m thinking no on the moble but not sure. Not sure on a projecter thingy either.
Can’t find a car shade/mirror I really like yet.
Good call on vinyl books and teethers! Thanks
I’m still on the fence on a pack n play. My family lives 8hrs away and his are down South. So there really would be no where we would go where we would bring one. There are swings and high chairs on the registry? Booster seat I figure is later on so we can purchase that.
Not sure yet if I’m going full diaper bag or big purse.
We really don’t think a humidifier will be necessary as we have a boiler system. But if we end up needed a air purifier or humidifer we cna purchase it ourselves.
My Mother-In-Law is actually making a stained glass lamp for the nursery. 🙂
We will probably have about 20 ppl so how many items should I put on there?
And also there will be a work shower. With my co-workers my boss fronted for a big item then some of the girls bought small gifts for her. So probably about 8 co-workers?

@regberadaisy: Sorry…missed the high chair going back and forth, but I still don’t see a swing? I think my brain isn’t registering today as I’m so tired. lol
It just seems to me to be a smallish registry, as the ones I’ve seen lately are several pages long. You’re covering the larger items, and depending on the costs, a few people may join in together to purchase them for you. I think you should also add the onesies, as some people will bring actual baby outfits rather than those.
Many of the smaller items are things I’d add into one big baby basket gift, so if someone decides to do that for you, that will eliminate a bunch of things right off the bat. Are you doing all this online or have you walked around Target too?

I’m going to be out and about so I removed my links since there are personal info via the links. Didn’t want to miss the 1hr post edit deadline.
Will repost when I’m home but meanwhile feel free to PM me for the links.

@regberadaisy: I would add the onesies and maybe a jacket? Some booties, socks and scratch mittens are good picks too. People will buy you clothes but not everyone thinks thru what to get. Having a ton of “suggestions” on there is best. How about a moses basket? My neice loved hers.

Hi, Thank you so much for looking through it. I really appreciate. I still plan on going to the store so I can see what’s actually stocked at my local stores. Which is why I’ve yet to put many onesies, blankets, etc on there. But I’ve gone ahead and added them online for now just so I don’t forget.
Many of the larger items will be purchased by immediate family. IE ILs have already claimed all nursery furniture. Between my two brothers, Brother-In-Law and mom I’m sure they will cover the car seats, strollers, etc.
I guess because we’re first timers I did not want to register for too many quantities of one item in case we don’t like it. Esp the bottles, I only registered for a starter set of two brands that way I can see which one my baby takes to.
TY! I think I will go ahead and add one of each of those staples just to give people ideas. By The Way good point on the bottle warmer for the car! I don’t plan to use one at home but for long car rides that’s a great idea!A light jacket might not be a bad idea since it’s still chilly around here at end of April.
