if you have a good designer it might be possible, depends on how it is made.  I have a friend who is a desiger, so she will be taking a simple dress I have and evolving into something uniquely me.  I would suggest asking the seamstress to show you work they have done previously.

you might have to buy both dresses and have the seamstress put them together like that.

I purchased the Leiben (2nd gown)  and I also love the first dress. I actually LOVe the bodice of the first dress more than the Leiben, but love the bottom of the Leiben. But as you mentioned, I want to wear a belt and the belt looks good on the Leiben (2nd gown).  The bottom of the leiben is soft and light and the way it flows when you move is beautiful. As far as a structured bottom , I believe the leiben has a  structured bottom, the picture just doesnt do it justice. What i would recommend is watching video of the two dresses on Pronovias website. I also have some pics http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/pronovias-leiben#axzz2hKE6tKHQ

then again, once the gown is hemmed to true and perfect length it will be structures. The bottom is made same materia both oraganza and tulle, so the flow and structure should be same. I hope this helps!
