Try Jillian dvds. They are only 25-35 minutes long and she has modifications for some of her moves if you find its too much to begin with. You will be able to work on strength and endurance. My fav is the 30 day shred! You can order on amazon for cheap! Good luck 🙂

TurboFire! Chalene Johnson is so fun and the workouts fly. They are great cardio, and 15-50 minutes. (You can buy it from beachbody).

@LadyBlackheart:  Yes! Do it. Push yourself. If you can’t keep up, even with the modified moves, just keep ur body moving and ur heart rate up.

@LadyBlackheart:  30DS is so effective, stick with it you’ll be so glad you did, it can be hard but you will honestly see results after a week, as a PP said even if you’re modifying just make sure you keep moving. Let us know how you go 🙂

I agree with everyone else that said Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred! You’ll definitely get a good workout! 🙂

@LadyBlackheart:  Haha, yeah, I forgot about that. I’m on the first floor, so I don’t have to worry about that.

I’ve also heard P90x is great. It’s smaller workouts and more mixed up. Tony Horton includes a lot of yoga in there as well. I have friends who swear by it.

I will find you!

P90X is super hard, I was definitely hurting the day after I did that DVD (I know you’re supposed to do it for 90 days but I was just wanting to get in a good workout instead of going to the gym as usual that day).

I also really like the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders workout DVDs… trying to remember the choreography on the cardio DVDs distracts me from the workout and keeps my brain stimulated =). It’s just fun, and a fun workout is a great workout!

If you can’t keep up with Zumba then you won’t be able to keep up with 30 Day Shred. You should probably start with some online Spark People workouts instead.

LadyBlackheart No, but what I can recommend is a FREE workout youtube channel! Check out ZWOW on youtube and get ready for intensity it brings! BEst part is being able to be in your own home and that the instructor is very good at explaning things and from time to time will tell you how tired SHE is! I love her workouts and they don’t require dancing. I would seriously look her up because I doubt you would have any regrets! Just remember that when working with weights it is best to start light and to only move up when using the light weights is easy and you are able to comeplete the workout faster!

@LadyBlackheart:  Side Note: ZWOW workouts are REALLY short and most are only 30 minutes at most!
