I do.  I have an heirloom ring and nothing has happened to it.  The temperatures you’re talking about are not extreme enough to hurt your diamond and they’re not being applied directly to the diamond.

Harriet1234:  your diamond will be fine, if anything, it will leave sparkling because of the steam clean it just got  However I would be careful while doing yoga positions, etc that you are careful with how you hold your hand so you dont damage the setting.

Did hot yoga once. I was slippin and sliding all over the place. I personally would take it off with all the sweat and moving you are doing. The heat wont do anything to it. Remember that it took years for that diamond to form so an hour or less is not gonna hurt it.

Yes it’s fine. I’ve worn my rings in a sauna before. Trust me it’s not hot enough to damage your stone. But i do recommend leaving your ring at home just to be on the safe side. Your going to be sweating alot and it could potentially slip off your finger. Do not leave it in a gym locker, ever!

Harriet1234:  I wear my ring to Bikram all the time – no problems at all. The only thing is that I can’t wear it during the first breathing exercise, so I take it off for that (place it on my mat in front of me) but wear it for the rest of class. And don’t worry about it slipping off due to sweat. Your fingers will be swollen enough from the heat and humidity that it won’t be going anywhere!

The only time I don’t wear mine is when I am doing serious weightlifting, pull ups, CrossFit type work outs. Yoga, running, barre, kickboxing are all fair game. I’m just so used to it- I hate not wearing my ring.

I go to yoga from my house, so I leave all of my jewelry at home.

Harriet1234:  I would rather wear it on my hands during yoga than a  necklace. It’ll be heavy so it might hit you in the face/be annoying in certain poses.

I do heated yoga every day and teach hot yoga ( I get free yoga at the studio I teach at so i just go there). Temps in any hot class wont be usually more than 105 so your fine.

The instructor who leads my hot yoga class leaves her engagement ring on and it doesn’t hold her back from doing the most insane movement I have ever seen.

I wouldn’t wear mine because my fingers swell up when it is hot and when I’m exercising.

Harriet1234:  I agree with a PP that wearing a ring on a chain would be very annoying and be way more limiting than just keeping it on your finger. Unless I’m boxing or lifting heavy weights, I keep my rings on during all workouts

I wear my ring. No issues.

When I teach, my student keep their rings on.
