You shouldn’t leave, the level of snark tends to go in cycles and it’ll get better. 🙂

If really want to cancel your account though you can request that in the support section.  The link is in the top left corner over the bride’s head.

I just did this a couple weeks ago and I’m back now with a new username. (I was AlizaFal) I was really getting annoyed with some things but I’m back because I missed it. Go to support and click on usernames I think and request to be deactivated. All of your posts, etc. will still be viewable but you will no longer be a member.

Usually people are pretty nice on here, it’s just best to keep things non political . You know like at dinner parties they say don’t discuss politics or religion lol! I, have only seen a few threads that got nasty. For the most part it’s not bad at all!

Looks like the OP has gotten an answer about how to deactivate. Thanks to all who helped her out! I’m going to go ahead and close this thread as flounce posts are in violation of the TOS.

xi.      Members come and go, but we discourage “flounce” posts (hasty goodbyes criticizing Weddingbee or its users that are written to stir up drama).  We reserve the right to delete or close these posts if they are particularly disruptive to the community.

Best of luck to the OP! 🙂
