Wow that seems a little inconsiderate of her considering you already had all this set up. I think you should mention to her that you’ve already made all the reservations and it would be a pain to have to cancel everything that you’ve already purchased. I personally don’t see what the deal is and why she isn’t willing to her the party on the weekend.

Honestly, I think her new job and the fact that the wedding is right around the corner is enough to not want to ask off or arrange around the new hours.

I assume she’s taking a honeymoon that she’ll have to get off for.

And really, as awesome as it is that you planned it all and got everything ready already… she’s the bride and if for whatever reasone she wants to cancel, she kinda gets to do that. *shrugs shoulders*

If you’re still looking for ways to show your MOH-ness to her (since the party is kinda a big deal to the job description)… see if she needs extra help with getting things done now that she’s under more of a time constraint! I’m sure that’d be a HUGE help =)

I can understand your frustration, but just try to be understanding. I’m sure she would love to celebrate and isn’t cancelling just because she doesn’t feel like it. Cancel everything you can, hold onto the favors just in case you decide to go out for a few drinks some random night before the wedding. Even if it’s not the wild bachelorette party you had planned, it could be a fun way to make it a little more special.
