@BeeandBeeBride27:  Are we having the same wedding?! haha first the same month, same dress and now almost identical centerpieces!

This was actually the first thing I chose after we booked our Zoo venue. I’m adding clipart like this to all my candles of different animals kissing for every table (leaving out the feathered boas and zebra table runners though) I love the romantic feel candles give and since we’re having an evening wedding it’ll be gorgeous for the reception

I’m considering going with something like this, only in very large brandy snifters with red and black beads and silver candles.

@LedeLady:  Haha wow! Too funny! I guess great minds think alike 😉 Funnily enough, my puppy is named “Jax” – too many weird coincidences!

I love the little animals on your candles! Toooo cute. We’re having a evening wedding also, and I think the romantic candelight will look amazing (and can you imagine how it will make our dress sparkle?!)

Keep me posted, wedding twin!

What does everyone think of this idea? Our theme is travel and each table is going to be a place Fiance and have gone (we travel monthly!) Because of our family-style meal, our centerpiece has to not take up too much room, so I thought it’d be really cute to have pictures of us from that trip on the table to go with the theme and found candleholders that you can put pictures on. Do you guys like this or think it’s tacky? I really think it would go with the theme and would be different and something we could use again. It’s the same price as the centerpiece I have scheduled with the florist right now.

I think you can do candles only as centerpieces.  The other accessories on your tables (such as napkins, glassware, cluttery, etc.) will do the rest of the job. Here’s a pic of our DIY luminaries for centerpieces:

Were doing teacup candles, all DIY. Were having long family style tables and will place a row of these down the length of the table. I’ve started collecting teacups and saucers from second hand stores, I love how each one will be different. I found the DIY tutorial on Martha Stewart. I’ve already done a test run, very easy. This really fits our theme though, were going for a lunch reception with an english high tea theme. Still, so cute.

@Future_Ms.Bostonceltics:  OMG those are going to be so cute! Love the idea! I had a tea for my bridal shower and I WISH I had the forethought to do those as favors!

@ohmybears48:  That’s EXACTLY what we’re doing 🙂 We’ve also got some tea light holders in our wedding colour (green), 3 for each table to sort of be scattered.
