If you purchase actual unity candles they are usually made of dripless wax.  You can also just by tapered dripless candles almost everywhere.

Generally the wax isn’t going to be that big of a deal as the tapers aren’t lit for a long period of time.  Dripless candles will drip when a breeze or draft causes the flame to bend sideways a bit or the wax hasn’t hardened.  So that claim of “dripless” comes with a disclaimer lol I am sure from whoever is making your candles.  Candle wax has come along ways since the days of candle wax dripping everywhere.  Anyone remember shoving a colored candle into a beer or wine bottle and letting the wax run down the sides to get that weird effect?  Or did I just tell my age?  LOL
