(Closed) Candles: Buying vs. Making

Do you need a holder for each candle or are you going to cluster them together?  I think you could do wax paper covered cardboard, doily covered or something similar DIY to avoid the expense of a holder. 

I found a couple of sites that sell bulk candles-the shorter ones (2×3) are about $1 a piece.  Maybe it would be cheaper to buy those premaid and then pour you own larger ones.  Check out the thrift stores for candles that you can melt and repour.

I also considered making the candle because i’ll have candles everywhere from the ceremony to tables, candle trees, cake tables plus i want to do scented candles for the out of town guests. I decided to buy them from http://www.quickcandles.com/, the prices a great too!
