We had a lot of candy and a huge cake.

We had 50 kinds of candy, we  had a 4 teir cake which could feed 200 people.

We definitely had a lot left because only 70 out of 115 people showed up. However the people that were there ate sooo much cake and candy I was shocked. The cake only had about 60 more pieces left. So even though people snacked on the candy all night and took some home they still ate cake in record amounts lol.

Don’t know if that’s helpful at all but I thought I’d share. Heres the candy and cake:

We’re doing a dessert only reception, so we opted to have a smaller cake since there will be so many sweet options. We have around 250 guests but had our cake made for 125 people. There’s always leftover wedding cake anyway

I would order a mini cake.

I was looking at the walmart books yesterday and they make 2 tier mini cakes [big enough for cutting, and that’s about it]. They are priced very reasonably too.
