I am having a candy buffet at our reception. Can anyone help me to figure out approx. how much candy I will need for 120 guests?

it varies on the age of your guests etc.  I would say anywhere from 22.5 lbs through 75lbs… will you have a candy station attendant?  if so, they may be able to fill the bags for you allowing for not as much candy…

Are you intending this to be your favor or just sweets for during the reception? What type of containers are you providing?

I would like it to be the favor. I want to do either cellophane bags or take out boxes.

im thinking of having one too and it will be favors as well, im having 100 people and need advice too!
