I just ordered and received our candy. We are going with an old-fashioned theme. Our candy includes the following:

  • Mary Janes Candy
  • Sesame Seed Snaps
  • Rootbeer Sticks
  • Pop Rocks
  • Pixie Sticks
  • Burnt Peanuts
  • Caramel Pecan Turtles

I will also be making chocolate chocolate chip cookies and peanut butter cookies to be included in the candy bar.

Maybe you could have the candy buffet located in a shaded area for starters.  Also, chocolates may not be the best choice but anything else should work just fine! Probably wrapped candies would be good to consider too.

I think your choices are great 🙂

I had a hard time picking what we would have too. Not everyone will like everything you pick, but most people will. Something I suggest when making your order is to consider what you and your Fiance like. If you have leftovers, you will be the ones eating it, so make sure whatever you pick is something that either you or your Fiance or both of you like. That way you aren’t stuck with a bunch of candy that won’t get eaten.

We went with a “childhood favorites” kind of theme. It was a pretty loose theme. We basically grabbed stuff that we liked.

  • M&Ms
  • sour patch kids
  • pop rocks
  • fortune cookies
  • giant pixy stix
  • rainbow hard candies
  • rock candy sticks
  • blow pops
  • tootsie rolls
  • gummi bears
  • mixed mini candy bars

It was a HUGE hit.

I think you have a pretty wide range of things. You should be fine.
