I think using your flower colors to coordinate with your candy buffet would be pretty!  You could even put some flowers on the candy buffet table to really tie it all together.

We bought a lot of our candy online.  We used http://www.candywarehouse.com/ and http://www.jellybelly.com (for champagne bubble candy and jelly beans).  We also went to a few bulk candy stores and got a lot of candy for a fairly reasonable price (just don’t go to the mall candy stores!  Total ripoff, at least around here).

We also made candy lollipops using choclate molding kits and chocolate from Michaels.

ACandyStore.com is where we got the bulk of our candy, and they have flat rate shipping of $9.95. They also have coupons to use for discounts or free shipping. I spent a lot of time searching for the best deals, and this place had everything we wanted.

We started out trying to match wedding colors, but wanted more of a variety, so ended up getting different colors closer to the reception. It worked out fine.

I think you should just get an assortment of candy. If you want to tie your colors in, use it in the packaging like if you are are having ribbons to tie the bags or labels for boxes for guests to package the candy up, do that with your colors.
