I would use tongs for gummy bears-guaranteed they will stick together.

I think tongs would probably be best as well. Gummy bears tend to clump.

I would want a scoop.  I’d rather get too many gummy bears stuck together than have to stand there awkwardly trying to pull them apart with tongs.

I like the idea of the scoop (IMO). Gives off more of the candy bar feel, ya know?

@AnneL: Tongs.  Every been to Golden Corral?  I ALWAYS get their gummy bears and the tongs are PERFECT for getting large amounts of gummy bears.

Unless it’s powdered, scoops just don’t work.  Kroger’s and Martin’s used to have the best damn candy selections around and they ALWAYS used tongs for the gummy candy.  Now, you can’t get it “bulk” that way, but oh, well.
