Either would be fine. I don’t have a preference. I’m not sure how the kabob would be cheaper since you are still getting a ton of candy that is not cheap to buy so the price is the same. Plus, the pros to a buffet is that people can take what they want and leave what they don’t which is not an option with the other.

Do you put the sticks through the taffy? That doesn’t sound appetizing to me. Also, that seems like a lot of work that has to be done last minute so the candy doesn’t dry out if the stick has to go through the wrapper and candy.

The kabobs look pretty, but in no way would I want to eat that much candy in one sitting and I am kind of picky as to which candies I will eat.

@stargurl101:  I would never want stabbed candy! Edible favors are delightful, but Brach’s taffy is not really likely to be people’s top candy pick, particularly with a splintery stick inside it. At least if it is just in a jar, people who like it can pick it out without fear.

If you want tall displays of candy, consider getting or making rock candy.

I do love those fruit kebab displays, though. For a similar but more appetizing look, you might consider getting one for the dessert table.
