Also should mention, I don’t think you’re really going to get 5 pours out of every bottle of wine, especially when there’s a rush/line and the bartenders are trying to get drinks out as fast as possible, they’re not going to be as careful/may overpour to keep them out of line for a bit!

Apothic red brand wineis a good red wine blend. A lot of dry red drinkers think it’s a little sweet but it’s dry enough to enjoy. Also what about a white grape wine riesling they are considered off dry not completely dry but not super sweet.  My sweet wine drinker husband can drink both of those. Just some suggestions.

Have you thought about getting some really nice boxed wine and putting it in carafes so the guests wouldn’t see it….boxed wine has come a long way since that franzia crap lol
