Hello everyone! This is my first post, though I have been lurking for some time now haha. My fiancé and I got engaged last november, we didn’t have much money, so for my Ering we got a cute little setting and put a gem from a pair of earrings my now deceased grandma gave me. I love the ring because of it’s sentimental value and I will always hold it dear to me.
But my fiancé wants me to upgrade to something more noticeable and long lasting. After doing some research-we fell in love with Moissanite stones. We are very pro Earth, MoissaniteCo uses recycled material for the bands and the confict free idea for the gem is the way to go. Plus they’re absolutely gorgeous, and the idea behind them is amazing. I’m in love.
Now we have narrowed it down to 2 choices. I’m in love with both, but sadly cannot have two haha. One is more antique looking and the other more feminine, so I’m torn!
Please give me your idea on which you think is best. I’d be getting them in a 1.1C Cushion cut. And I have a size 4 finger.
Also any inputs on your Moissanite rings + their photos would be awesome.
Thank you, Bees!

I like the first one best plus I think the prong style will compliment a cushion more

I agree with PP and prefer the first one. I might be biased because it reminds me of my MCo cushion engagement ring.

The first one! More elegant imho

Lygracilux: I think the first one is quite lovely. It kind of reminds me of the 1895 Cartier solitaire but with the addition of really pretty milgrain detail. It is really a classic design and just seems to have such timeless grace and style.

I have to agree and say the first one too, very elegant! ^^

I like the first one. For me, the more ornate (not neccesarily bigger) the better

Lygracilux: I prefer the 2nd one 🙂 just because it reminds me of a ring my nan gave me

I love the first one! Maybe search the site and see if any bees on here have either ring. That might help you with the decision.

Lygracilux: I agree the prong style on the first one is softer. I like it better. Looks more custom and less machine-manufactured. Would compliment your stone very well! Congrats!!

I like the first One too. Love the milgrain and the four prongs for a cushion! Congratulations!

Definitely the first one!
