I’ve met with four different florists, and I’m not in love with any of them. I think a large part of it is that I don’t really know exactly what I want, so I feel like I need a little more guidance, which i don’t really feel like I’ve gotten. Although I also wonder if my budget id the issue.
I was wanting to spend no more than $1000 on flowers (I have only one bridesmaid and two groomsmen, but need about 20 centerpieces). Three places have given me quotes around there, but weren’t very good at helping me decide what i want. One person was great at having opinions and really asking questions about my wedding to understand the feel and what would work for us, but the quote was about $1500.
Any suggestions? Should I just swallow it and go with the more expensive one? Do I need to do more research on my own to decide what I want? Is it unreasonable to expect a florist to help me figure out what I want and what works for our budget- and to be honest about what might not be a good idea?
