I prefer the thinner bands that match your engagement ring. But that’s just me.

You need a wedding ring that is a tiny bit broader than your e-ring so that is has some ‘presence’.  The two don’t have to match.

ALSWM:  I don’t think the two bands look good with your e-ring.  Go with one.

Ooooo, I *love* the two wedding bands with your e-ring!  I think it looks so elegant.  I would do that.  And just think about how versitle it is: you can wear just one band, one band on each side of your e-ring, or wear the two bands then your e-ring on top for a thicker w-band look.  I sometimes really wish I bought two thin, diamond wedding bands.  The “sandwiching” look is one of my favorites, though.
