Try a Joann store or other sewing store.  They should have it in the notions area.

Have you thought about using a cream on your chest to help with chafing? I use boudreaux’s butt paste on my legs when I have that issue….It really helps 🙂 (I know it sounds weird, but whatever works) and it doens’t have a strong odor…or any odor that I have noticed

I’ve always used Band Aid Blister Block Stick on my brides I work with – it’s a white stick in a blueish/greenish little package.  Helps with anything that rubs really well.

Use glide. You can get it at the sporting goods stores for less than $10. People who run marathons use this to prevent chafing. It works wonders.
