What company is sending it?  UPS, Fed-Ex, USPS?  Can you call them?

I once had a dress lost in transit (not a wedding dress) and when I noticed the tracking went weird, there was a “delivery exception” I called them ASAP.  They explained that something was wrong with my address, so I corrected it with them over the phone.

Sometimes these companies wait for you to call them, so if you can, do it!

Did you order your dress through a website, or through a bridal salon? just curious!

Wow. I  completely understand. Mine got snowed in during a blizzard and took an extra couple weeks to get to me. Let us know what the post office says!

@actime: I hope you get the dress very very soon !! it is soo Pretty. I have a quick question for you I see that you Got a Sophia Tolli dress and the one I love is made by her as well . My question is did you try on this dress before ordering it or did you take a chance and just order it?? the reason i ask is because I have called soo many places and they do care some but honeslty not a lot of her stuff. They would order it for me to try on but that would cost me 150.
