Get yourself a SAFE little ring box and put it right smack next to your deodorant. Underarms done, ring finger done, out the door!

the rule of thumb is 21 days to make a habit.

i don’t sleep with my ring either.  i have a ring holder on my night table.  after i get dressed, ring goes on.

practice a morning routine that includes putting your ring on.

I’d be taking that thing to a jeweler ASAP and having it fixed.

acw2016:  Are you sure your ring is the right size? It shouldn’t hurt you. I can see your diamonds scratching you, but the physical ring should not hurt.

I keep mine right by the toothpaste. Pop it on when I’m brushing everyday. I still forget here and there but usually its rare.

I lay out my clothes at night so I just have my ring dish right next to my clothes. If you don’t lay out your clothes, maybe you can put a ring dish next to where you put your keys?

ETA: I don’t like sleeping with mine on either because it’s uncomfortable. I get really warm when I sleep and my fingers sweat and swell. It has nothing to do with my ring being the wrong size (as a PP suggested), if anything my ring is a bit large. You just need to develop a routine that involves putting it on.

somethingbee:  If it doesn’t hurt her during the day then it’s not a sizing problem. A lot of people’s hands swell in their sleep. That’s what happens to me so I have to take my ring off at night as well. I keep it in a ring box right next to my bed and put it on the second I get out of the shower.

Try keeping your ring next to your keys and phone while you sleep– that way you won’t forget it in the morning, because it’ll be next to all of your essential daily things.

I also take it off to sleep, shower, clean…basically whenever I am home. I keep it next to my deoderant! It’s just part of my morning routine. Put on clothes, put on deoderant, put on jewelry and watch. Ready to go.

I sleep in my ring but while I’m getting ready I remove it. Washing my face and putting my makeup gunks it up. I have a small ring stand next to my sink so I see it and promptly put it back on. It the last thing I do before I leave my house
