Most of the girls on the site were within healthy weight ranges for their height and body type. I too did not see any 90 pound girls that eat 1/2 a jelly bean for lunch. I just thought it they were super inspiring to see the before and afters. Makes me want to eat healthier and get my butt in the gym. THE HEALTHY WAY. 🙂
+ 1000000 🙂 These pics inspire me to be the best I can be by changing my habits to healthy eating and toning. Crunches, here I come! (and the dreaded eliptical, ick.) 🙂
“A blog entry title -> “Do whatever it takes, whenever it needs to be done, regardless on whether you feel like doing it or not.””
I took this to mean, put down the cheetos, pick up some veggies, and get your butt in the gym. All things I never “feel like doing.” Which is pretty much the workout attitude. No one wants to work out (well, most people don’t) but the results feel great so you just have to push yourself to be healthy and fit. 🙂
I couldn’t be around food that much. My BFF was a server at a grill in town, and she came home smelling like food everyday. She couldn’t even do anything after work without showering and changing. Couldn’t take smelling like chicken and french fries!
I’ll have to check it out next week. Workouts start Monday!

@Paiger8: Most of the girls on the site were within healthy weight ranges for their height and body type.
Granted, I only took a quick look at this site, but I agree with the above statement from what I’ve seen. Most of these women aren’t deathly thin, so I don’t think it is definitely a negative thing. I’ve struggled with unhealthy eating/exercising habits in the past, but this site doesn’t seem to be promoting that (at least not blatantly, and more posters than not seem to have lost a reasonable amount of weight in a reasonable timeframe). If these pictures serve as inspiration for the OP (or anyone), I don’t see the harm. Sometimes what works best for me is a touch of jealously (stemming from looking at others’ awesome success) and some guilt about the fact that I haven’t kicked my butt into high gear (when I’m being lazy). Can it go too far? Sure. Does it have to? No.

The before and afters weren’t that crazy to me, but if you look at the “skinny leg” inspiration photos I think it’s fairly obvious many of those girls are not at a healthy weight at all.
