Hi Ladies! I love the look of a bolero or cardigan over a wedding dress, and since my dress is strapless I would like to have something to cover my shoulders in the evening. I’m just not sure if it should be a cardigan or bolero…
Any Cardigan or Bolero wearing brides have pictures to share? I would love to see these looks on real brides!! Thank you!

I’m wearing a lace bolero…not sure if that’s what you’re looking for! But here it is:
I’m having it altered to shorten the sleeves and give it more of a collar as well. It came with the dress!

Im doing cardigans for myself and my girls! =)
I plan on wearing an IVORY cardigan and then getting my girls RED cardigans they can wear for the reception! I too only plan to wear mine for the reception.
Hope you find some great inspiration!

Mine is a lacy bolero, so it actually looks like it’s part of the dress, rather than just a strapless. You can see it here. 🙂

ok, so this isn’t a picture of me, but I just bought this on etsy (haven’t received it yet!) and it was only TEN dollars! I think that the company must be discontinuing it or something.
I’m only wearing it for the ceremony, so I don’t mind that it’s simple. My dress is also pretty detailed, so I didn’t want to distract from that.

Love the lace bolero look, really beautiful — Thank you for posting!
The idea of the whole wedding party in cardigans is so cute! Such a nice gift to the bridesmaids since it’s something they will surely get more use out of 🙂
Thanks for sharing, ladies!!

I bought this lace bolero for my sweetheart strapless gown and I love it! They have tons of long sleeve, and cap sleeve options too, and they are inexpensive (I paid $58 including shipping.
