I would go to any local scrapbook store, they all have cardstock in TONS of colors.  Bazzill would probably be the cardstock that would work best and they have several different textures including the one you are looking for.  Heres a site online you can use as well:  mygatsby.com (better if you are buying in bulk)

I live in CA, scrapbook stores near me range from .30-.55 per piece depending on the size (8.5×11 or 12×12)  If you dont need to buy in bulk, a scrapbook store (or even Michael’s or Joann’s) will be your best bet.

You might want to try Dick Blick.  I’ve never been, but while I was searching for paper places in NYC a few weeks ago I ran across the site.  I just did a quick search and came up with this…

http://www.dickblick.com/products/folia-color-corrugated-paper/

It looks like perhaps they just have mixed packages online, but you never know what you’ll find if you stop by.

The address on the website says Blick Art Materials, 1-5 Bond Street, New York, NY 10012

You can check out Paper Presentations or Paper Icon. Both are on 18th Street (5/ 6 avenues) in Manhattan. Kate’s Paperie might have it too, there are a lot of locations in the city. There’s also a Michael’s Craft in LIC.

Paper Jam might have it too.   Ebay is another source for bargains of all sorts =)

I second paper Jam- there is one on the corner of 43rd and 5th. I beleive they have a bigger store downtown.  Sorry I don’t have the number but I am sure you can find it on citysearc.
